Shipping & Delivery

We ship Monday-Friday and make every effort to ship orders on the same business day they’re received. Orders received after hours or weekends/holidays will ship on the first business day.

We use either USPS or UPS to ship, depending on the situation.
Privacy & Security

Health Products Distributors, Inc. (HPDI) respects your right to privacy and is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. We do not sell, rent, or share any information you provide us through our website to any outside party.

Our web site uses software that automatically recognizes the visitor’s IP address and browser type. We compile information regarding pages consumers access or visit. We also collect user-specific information about the pages consumers access or visit, as well as information volunteered by consumers, such as  newsletter registrations.

Our software does not automatically recognize or collect e-mail addresses. However, individuals who wish to order online must provide a valid e-mail address. We do not send unsolicited e-mail. During the checkout process you may opt out of receiving e-mail (other than status updates pertaining to your order) either when you register or at any time by logging in to your account and updating your preferences.

In order to successfully navigate our site, your browser must have cookies enabled. Our website does not store sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), but only place cookies in order to recognize visitors and so that orders may be processed securely.

Any information we collect is for internal use only. It is used for improving the content of our website, and in an opt-in basis, for notifying interested individuals about products, specials, and special features on the website. HPDI may also use comments volunteered by users for promotional and marketing purposes. We not sell, rent, or share this information with any outside party.

Returns & Replacements

Within 30 days of receipt, items may be returned for any reason. We will not refund shipping costs. Defective items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt with a full refund of your purchase price. We do not accept returns on products after 30 days.

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us by phone (1-520-896-9193) during business hours (9-4:30 pm AZT) or email. Briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request. If we grant your request for a return or exchange, then you may send the package back. When we receive your package, we will credit the card you paid with or send a check for the full purchase price of your product(s), minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to several weeks for package delivery to us, and for us to process your request(s).

The best way to order is right here on our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We also take phone orders during business hours.

Summary of Phone Ordering Options:

  • Call DURING during our regular business hours to reach an HPDI Customer Service Agent: M-F 8 am-3:45 pm, Arizona time. You can call our TOLL-FREE Number (1-800-228-4265) or our Service Lines (1-520-896-9193.
  • Call our TOLL-FREE Number (1-800-228-4265) AFTER business hours to reach our Answering Service. They will take messages but not orders. If you leave a number we will return your call.
  • Call our SERVICE LINE (1-520-896-9193) AFTER business hours to leave your order, request for information, or other message on our office answering machine. We will listen to your message during the morning of the following business day. We will then immediately process your order, respond to your request, or return your call, if necessary.
You will reach our Answering Service when you call our Toll-Free line (1-800-228-4265) during the week between approx. 4:30 pm and 9 am (after hours), as well as during weekends and Holidays. Our answering service does not take orders, but if you leave your number we’ll call you on the next business day.

It’s the responsibility of our web users to keep their email address, shipping addresses, and other important contact information current. If you move or change your email address, please be sure to log into your account and update your information.
