Domestic US Ordering & Shipping Information
 HPDI offers same-day or next-day shipping for only $6.95 on most domestic orders. The only exceptions to this standard shipping rate are orders that include Living Fuel Rx™ products, to which we add an additional $3.00 per order handling fee, in accordance with an agreement with Living Fuel, Inc.
You may place orders online (www.IntegratedHealth.com) or call 1-800-228-4265. Please be sure you provide your shipping address, phone number, and a credit card number with expiration date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as checks, money orders, and COD payment. You may also e-mail orders to support@integratedhealth.com.
Make checks or money orders payable to “Health Products Distributors, Inc.” or “HPDI”. Mail checks and money orders to: HPDI, PO Box 5600, Oracle, AZ 85623.
For customers who wish to order COD, the cost is $12.00 in addition to our regular shipping charge of $6.95. Please contact us if you wish to arrange for COD payment.
OUR SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped from our Arizona warehouse via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please contact us if you need express service or if you have other shipping preferences.
Orders sent via Priority Mail usually reach their destinations in the continental US within 1-3 business days. Orders sent via UPS Ground typically are delivered within 1-6 business days. This is significant for orders traveling across the country when a weekend is involved.
For small orders, we strongly prefer Priority Mail for a fast and convenient delivery. For orders that will not fit in a standard-size mailbox, we typically choose UPS Ground. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, we generally ship via Priority Mail or other USPS services (i.e., not UPS).
HPDI determines the best way to ship your orders based on package size, your address, and your order history. If you need to give us specific shipping requirements, please provide them to us when you place your order by phone or by mail, or use the special comments box provided in the online checkout form.
When you place your order online, we will send you an email confirmation of your order and a notice of shipping to the e-mail address you provide.
