ABOUT HANK LIERS, PHD
Dr. Hank Liers is the founder of Health Products Distributors, Inc., a family owned and operated company based in Oracle, Arizona. During the past thirty years, Dr. Liers has formulated and managed the production of over 200 nutritional supplements, including a few of the most recognized brands in the industry, as well as an extensive line of high-purity, world-class nutritional supplements.
Dr. Liers founded Health Products Distributors, Inc. in 1988 as a company that formulates and markets superior-quality nutritional supplements to physicians, chiropractors, naturopaths, and directly to individuals. He launched our website in 1997. In addition to being a venue for online ordering and information, the website is a frequently visited resource that serves many people seeking ways to live healthier and feel better.
Dr. Liers actively educates health care professionals and continues his quest helping people experience vigor, fitness, and well-being.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Dr. Liers is considered one of the world’s foremost nutritional supplement designers. He brings considerable knowledge, creativity, and experience in product design to bear on his development of many innovative formulations.
Dr. Liers uses advanced ingredients (among the first to incorporate coenzyme vitamins in formulas) and has created numerous unique and effective products. He is especially known for designing the Rejuvenate!™ line of high-RNA superfoods, super antioxidant formulas (Ultimate Protector™), as well as innovative, proven formulas for specific conditions (e.g., Allergy Support Plus and Joint Health Formula). He also pioneered the design of advanced topical relief formulas, human-grade supplements for pets, and a system of complete nutritional supplementation based upon foundational supplements.
Dr. Liers’s scientific training includes postdoctoral research in Physics, University of Wisconsin (1969–71); a PhD in Physics (Nuclear), University of Minnesota (1969); a BS in Physics, Stony Brook University (SUNY) (1962). From 1969 to 1994, Dr. Liers managed and contributed to a large variety of technical projects in the areas of manufacturing technology, solar energy, defense technologies, and nuclear science. He has in-depth experience in scientific and engineering disciplines, and in business development.
Positions he held include Principal Analyst, General Research Corporation (GRC); Senior Scientist, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC); Manager of the Engineering Division, InterTechnology/Solar Corporation (ITC); Section Head and Research Physicist, United States Naval Research Laboratory (NRL). Dr. Liers has published extensively in the areas of alternative energy, environmental studies, health, manufacturing technologies, and nuclear physics.
FOUNDING OF HEALTH PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTORS
In 1984, Dr. Liers‘s wife, Joanne, became ill with severe environmental intolerance to many common substances and chemicals. At that time, he and his family found no solutions or treatments that could ease her condition.
Dr. Liers refocused his life on health and healing, becoming Joanne’s ‘doctor’ in the process. Since then he has studied with many eminent physicians and scientists in the field of alternative medicine. He has analyzed thousands of books, reports, and technical papers concerning physical, mental, and spiritual health. He has incorporated his knowledge into his family and professional activities.
These experiences led Dr. Liers to found Health Products Distributors in 1988 as a means of helping more individuals heal and attain better health. This is a mission he continues pursuing in his role as president and chief formulator for Health Products Distributors, as well as through other ventures.
Dr. Liers continues actively investigating and applying methods for optimizing human health, and designing cuting-edge nutritional supplements. Strategies for healthy living he develops encompass many areas, including nutrition and diet, herbs, exercise, bodywork, environmental modification, mind-body techniques, and spirituality.
OTHER VENTURES
Dr. Liers in 2004 cofounded 2DOCS, Inc., a company related to Health Products Distributors that formulates and offers the highest-quality, human-grade supplements for beloved pets.
In 2012, Dr. Liers cofounded Warrior Health Products, LLC, a company that formulates the highest-quality topical relief formulas. Health Products Distributors offers Warrior Mist products (including Warrior Mist™).
