If you are having blood sugar problems, take Myo-Mag to bowel tolerance. Start with 1 capsule 3 times daily and increase by 1 capsule every few days until you begin to get a little crampy or gassy and then back off by 1 capsule. Also, take 1 capsule 3 times daily of Double Chromium Plus.

Please eat a diet that is relatively low in fat (eat only lean meat, poultry and fish in the amount of 6-10 ounces per day) and high in fiber containing foods such as organic vegetables, fruits, whole grains (e.g., brown rice, oatmeal, spelt, quinoa, and millet), beans, nuts and seeds (sunflower, chia, flax and sesame in small amounts -- 2 to 4 ounces -- are good).  Eating natural (unrefined) coconut oil at the level of 2-4 Tbls/day is highly recommended. Vegetable juices such as carrot and carrot/other vegetable combinations are encouraged.  Avoid all sweets (sugar), alcohol, coffee (1 cup-organic- may be okay), processed/refined foods (white bread and pasta), and foods with artificial preservatives, flavorings, and colors.  Eat an organic whole-foods diet as much as possible.  Try not to eat the same thing every day.   Avoid fried foods, milk and milk products.  Your caloric intake should increase over normal by at least 20% -- do not try to keep your weight down.

Avoid chemicals (including medicines), municipal water, and polluted air (including second hand smoke).  Levels of distress should be kept to a minimum -- peaceful music, biofeedback or meditation may be helpful.   You may find it helpful to take warm baths with 1/2 cup baking soda, 1 cup Magnesium Flakes or Epsom salts, and 1 teaspoon of almond oil (optional) to prevent dryness.  The use of pure soaps is recommended (Olive oil or glycerine soap).  Please continue to get reasonable amounts of exercise on a daily basis -- walking is quite appropriate as are stretching exercises (such as yoga).  If you experience cramping please take 2-3 Myo-Mag (magnesium with malic acid) daily.
