Best with meals, but other times are okay.  Start with 1 tab or 1/4 rounded tsp twice a day and add another 1 tablet or 1/4 tsp every few days until you are taking 4 tablets or 1 rounded tsp per day.

Complete E 1 cap       1 cap   Take with meals.  In addition, rub the contents of a capsule on affected area twice per day.

Additional nutrients that may be helpful include Echinacea (as drops or capsules), N-Acetyl Cysteine NAC (2 gms per day), Immune Assist (2 capsules 3 times per day). Essential Oils such as helichrysum, lemon balm, frankincense, lavender, and others should be rubbed on the affected areas.

Please eat a diet that is relatively low in fat (eat only organic lean meat, organic poultry and fish -- especially salmon, sardines, mackerel, trout, and bluefish -- 3 to 5 ounces per day) and high in fiber containing foods such as organic vegetables (including 16 oz per day of fresh juices from carrot, celery, beets, cabbage, etc.), organic fruits, whole grains (e.g., brown rice, millet, and quinoa), beans, nuts and seeds (sunflower, chia, flax, pumpkin, almond, walnut and sesame in small amounts are good).  Try eating Hank's Vegetable Soup several times a week. Avoid all sweets (sugar), processed/refined food (white bread and pasta), preservatives, artificial flavors and colors. Try not to eat the same thing every day. If you have a Rife machine available use the shingles and antiviral codes on a daily basis. Take baths with Ancient Minerals Magnesium Flakes (2 cups) or Oil (1 cup) and baking soda (1 cup). Rub essential oils such as helichrysum, lemon balm, frankincense, and lavender and/or spray Silver Biotics solution several times daily on the affected areas.
