CRÈME DE FEMME contains natural progesterone from extract of wild yam, dissolved in a moisturizing base that includes aloe vera gel in purified water, natural Vitamin E, almond oil, grapefruit seed extract for freshness, a humectifier to preserve moisture, and MSM for connective tissues. Crème de Femme does not contain methyl paraben or propyl paraben, preservatives that can cause skin irritation in sensitive people. It only contains natural antimicrobials to protect freshness.

FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS

CRÈME DE FEMME may be applied to the face, hands, chest, abdomen, lower back, and to the entire trabecular spine. The cream is readily absorbed transdermally and leaves no trace after a few minutes. During absorption the cream bypasses the liver and goes to specific receptor sites where progesterone is needed. When the action is completed, any residue then is excreted from the body by the liver’s action so there are no toxic buildup effects. The absorption rate varies from person to person as does the relative need for progesterone. The natural progesterone in the product helps to balance excess estrogen found in a number of so-called “female” problems as well as helps to smooth the skin.

The Vitamin E contained in Crème de Femme is an important antioxidant in the body that can only be obtained from nutritional sources. It may be the only substance in the body capable of breaking free-radical chain reactions taking place in the fats of cell membranes. Other functions of Vitamin E include the stabilization of cell membranes, protection of the lungs from air pollutants, prevention of tumor growth, and protection of tissues of the skin, eye, liver, breast, and calf muscle. Vitamin E is known to help reduce hot flashes and to speed healing of the skin. Aloe vera has a long history of use as an effective aid in healing and beautifying skin.

Numerous studies have shown natural progesterone creams may be an effective adjunct in protocols for reducing the symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), hysterectomy, menopause, and migraine headaches. Other possible benefits of using natural progesterone cream include smoother skin, reduced scarring, reduction of swelling and pain in joints, and improved digestion.
