TRI-MAG is a unique formula designed to provide the body with uptake choices for maximal magnesium utilization both in ATP production and in the many vital enzymatic reactions activated by magnesium.
TRI-MAG contains 100 mg of elemental magnesium. A magnesium-diglycinate chelate is included due to its excellent capabilities as a magnesium carrier, and is particularly helpful for individuals with absorption problems. Studies have shown that magnesium-diglycinate is absorbed as a dipeptide in the small intestine.
