Fruit, Nut, and Rice Delight
- 2 cups rice (cooked) (use your favorite organic rice)
- 2 scoops Rejuvenate!
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts (or ground almonds or other nuts)
- 1 large organic apple (finely cut or julienned)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (or 1/2 cup Cocochia)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup goji berries (or other berries)
- 1/2-1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2-1 tsp powdered ginger root
- 3 tbsp grade B maple syrup (or other natural sweetener, such as organic rice syrup,
Therasweet, or xylitol) (optional)
- Oat milk and/or nut or grain milk (i.e., rice milk, almond milk) (to taste)
Any other ingredients you like.
Place all ingredients in a large bown and mix well. Add enough oat, almond,
or rice milk to make a porridge of a medium consistency (not too thick and
not to thin). Serve and enjoy!
