THE REJUVENATION PROGRAM

Our Rejuvenation Program consists of recommendations, practices, and protocols developed over twenty years. The program is designed to rejuvenate, regenerate, and restore vitality. It is especially helpful when health needs to be restored. However, most of the elements of the program are easily incorporated into daily life. Ideally, the elements of the Rejuvenation Program become a part of your life. When followed consistently, these elements are a “Rejuvenation Lifestyle” — a way of living that is characterized by maximum vigor, robustness, and glowing health.

Rejuvenation often is defined as reversal of the aging process. This contrasts with ‘life extension’ strategies that attempt to combat the causes of aging in order to slow it down. Because rejuvenation is the reversal of aging, the means employed to achieve it focus on repairing the damage caused by aging and replacement of damaged tissue with new tissue. While rejuvenation is one means to achieve extension of life, rejuvenation itself fundamentally affects a person by restoring aspects of youthfulness from the inside out. This program is designed to reverse biological aging. It emphasizes quality-of-life instead of mere prolongation of it. It is about enhancing your experience of life itself.

Rejuvenation is best realized within the context of a rejuvenation lifestyle that embraces total health. Most practices in the Rejuvenation Program are easy to include in your daily regimen. When followed consistently they  help create energy, vitality, and glowing health. All practices and protocols for rejuvenation are based on a foundation of six elements.

Elements of the Rejuvenation Program

Attitude / Commitment

Attitude and commitment are the first steps on this path. They open the door to wholeness, health, and well-being. Having the right attitude and commitment is absolutely necessary and is the basis of any health program because it is critical for success. Choosing to take self responsibility indicates that you are ready for true health and will do whatever is necessary to be the best you can be.

Unfortunately, most people have attempted to give this responsibility away to others who “promise to take care of you”. This is a big lie because no one but you can properly take care of you. You cannot give this responsibility away. You are truly responsible for yourself whether you know it or not. If you don’t know it, you will suffer, and if you do know it and accept the responsibility, then true health is a possibility and beneficial changes can begin!

Drug companies, governments, medical doctors and their self-protective organizations, hospitals, special interest groups looking out for their financial interests (Wall Street, banks, major corporations, insurance companies, military groups, religious bureaucracies), and many more seem to revel in taking your power away and treating you like an incompetent person. Our society takes the position of beating (mentally, physically, legally, financially, etc.) any one who attempts to take their freedom back. One needs to be strong and dedicated to retaining your freedom to listen to your inner guidance!

Within this context, it is important to know that health professionals are only guides that may be able to provide support along the way. Because our society does not train us for self responsibility many people feel lost once making the decision for self responsibility. It is important to realize that there are helpers available who have traveled this path themselves and are willing to be there for those in need. Keep looking for your helpers – there are many of them out there!

CHOOSING FREEDOM

Once you have chosen self responsibility for your health (or any other issue for that matter), you must exercise your right to freedom. I am not talking about the freedom guaranteed to you on a piece of paper or the words of some so-called societal leader. This definition of freedom has no guarantees and is often used as a cover for unfairly taking advantage of people.  For example, fear, anger, and greed frequently makes freedom impossible.

The freedom I am talking about is internal. It comes with you when you are born. It allows you to explore and think about the things that are meaningful to you. It allows you to discover who you really are no matter what is going on around you. Freedom is a choice you make not to be controlled by outside influences even if you do not outwardly express this. In this regard, true freedom depends on viewing yourself and others as expressions of a Universal Power. True freedom expresses (and is an expression of) unconditional love.
The highest levels of health are possible when you claim your true freedom.

Detoxification

Intestinal Corrective Formula #1 (cathartic formula): Use this herbal formula every day to keep your bowels very active. Start with 1 capsule just after dinner and increase by one capsule daily until desired effect is reached. Suggested Foods

Suggested Rejuvenation FoodsConsume organic or wildcrafted foods only. Ideally, you should consume at least 50% raw food. This includes vegetables (salads and soups), fruits, nuts and seeds (especially walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower, pumpkin, and almonds), and soaked or sprouted beans and whole grains (Essene and Ezekiel breads are good). Eat fresh organic produce that is grown locally and in season. Consume Dr. Hank’s Vegetable Soup or drink the mineral broth from it. This is a great-tasting addition to your rejuvenation program. It will flush your system of unwanted salts and acids while giving you concentrated vitamins and minerals. If you eat dairy foods, then consume only raw (unpasteurized) milks, yogurts, and cheeses. If you eat meat, then consume only free-range, organic meats (turkey, ostrich, chicken, buffalo, lamb, beef, etc.). Use your blood type as a guide for choosing foods appropriate for you (see Eat Right For Your Type and other books by Dr. Peter D’Adamo).

Add RNA/DNA Sources to Your Diet

Begin adding foods high in RNA/DNA to your diet. Foods containing high levels of nucleic acids (RNA/DNA), nucleotides, nucleosides, and nucleic acid precursors are among the most healing foods. They facilitate regeneration, rejuvenation, revitalization in living organisms. While certain animal foods (e.g., fish) contain relatively high levels of these substances, the plant food chlorella contains more nucleic acids than any other food.

RNA and DNAAfter many years of research in the 1960s and 1970s, Dr. Benjamin S. Frank discovered that adding as little as 75 mg daily of RNA to the diet could begin to reverse the aging process significantly within 2–4 weeks. In fact, in his book the No-Aging Diet, Dr. Frank proclaims that natural direct and indirect sources of RNA/DNA can be “supplied from outside the body to nourish our cells and return them all to a healthy state. This means that it is possible to remain healthy far longer than the general experience of the human race. It means much-delayed old age.” In his research, Dr. Frank used mostly fish, organ foods, and yeast as his sources for RNA/DNA. However, as noted, certain plant foods contain by far the most nucleic acids among all foods.

Based upon the research of Dr. Frank and the advances in the availability of excellent foods sources of RNA/DNA (such as chlorella, chlorella growth factor (CGF), nutritional yeast, spirulina, and d-ribose), Health Products Distributors, Inc. (HPDI) developed its line of plant-based REJUVENATE!™ superfoods that form the basis of a rejuvenation program.

Include REJUVENATE!™ Superfoods in Your Program

Consume at least 2 scoops per day of REJUVENATE!™ PLUS or REJUVENATE!™ BERRIES & HERBS (1 scoop a.m. and 1 scoop p.m.), and 1 scoop per day of chlorella (1/2 scoop in the morning. and 1/2 scoop in the afternoon or evening). Juices and Liquids in the Diet

Juices and LiquidsDrink 32 to 64 ounces of fresh organic vegetable juice daily. Many vegetables and fruits are suitable for juicing. These include carrots, celery, beets, cucumbers, apples, pears, lemons, kale, broccoli, parsley, cilantro, ginger, garlic, peppers, etc. Use up to 10% cruciferous vegetables (e.g., cabbage, kale, broccoli) for greater healing potency. Mix REJUVENATE!™ PLUS and/or REJUVENATE!™ BERRIES & HERBS (or other superfoods) directly into juice for a supercharged superfood experience that maximizes your nutrition. If you are seriously ill, do a fresh juice flush for 30 days, drinking at least one (1) gallon of juice per day. Thereafter, primarily consume raw foods/salads/vegetable broths (i.e. Dr. Hank’s Vegetable Soup).

Buy a juicer if you don’t already have one! We recommend Green Power twin gear juicers or Breville centrifugal juicers (especially the Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite and JE95XL Juice Fountain Plus), which are available online.

Drink only purified and/or ionized water (we like the TyentUSA or Jupiter water ionizers) with a pH of about 9.0* (you can use ½ tsp of non-aluminum baking soda per quart in the water to raise your pH), organic herbal teas (non-caffeine) and vegetable juices. Do not consume conventional pasteurized milk or milk products (cheese, yogurt, butter), conventional animal products, alcohol, coffee (a little freshly brewed, organic coffee may be okay), processed grains, or sugar.

It is best to drink from glass or stainless steel containers. Not only do plastics leach toxins into liquids and foods, but also they act as xenoestrogens, which disturb the human endocrine system by mimicking natural hormones. Using glass or stainless steel to store drinks (and foods) reduces your exposure to toxic, estrogenic compounds.

Consume Dr. Hank’s Vegetable Soup or drink the mineral broth from it. You can strain the soup through cheescloth (or a clean cotton cloth or T-shirt). This potassium-rich mineral broth is a great-tasting addition to your rejuvenation program. It is very alkalinizing to the body. It will also flush your system of unwanted salts and acids while giving you concentrated vitamins and minerals.

 

 

 

Supplement Program (available from HPDI / IntegratedHealth.com)

Rejuvenate!These are the supplements we suggest to take for rejuvenation. They include a core of foundational supplements (multivitamin, Vitamin C, and essential fatty acids), as well as specific formulas that help to rejuvenate the body.

Mighty Multi-Vite! (core multivitamin): 4 daily

PRO-C™ (core Vitamin C and synergistic antioxidants): 6–8 daily

Essential Fats Plus E (core essential fatty acids): 4 daily

CoQ10 100 mg (cellular energizer): 1–3 daily

MYO-MAG (magnesium and malic acid): start with 2 capsules daily and slowly add 1 every few days until you become slightly gassy (or experience a slight loosening of stools) – then back off by 1 capsule. This method results in optimal absorption of oral magnesium.

Hepa Plus (liver support formula): 4 daily

Nascent Iodine (non-toxic iodine): about 25 drops per day taken between meals before 4 PM (you may need to start with just a few drops and build slowly)

pH Paper

We suggest using pH Paper to test the pH of your body. Many nutritionists agree the optimum pH range of urine and saliva is 6.8 to 7.2. Testing several times per day will allow for greater accuracy in determining your average pH levels. You can adjust your diet to consume more alkaline-forming foods, if your pH is too acidic, for example.

Information regarding acid-forming and alkaline-forming foods is readily available online (or in books such as
Acid and Alkaline by Herman Aihara. The most alkaline-forming foods are vegetables, especially leafy-green vegetables like spinach, kale, and collard greens.

Test saliva: place a small amount of saliva on a clean spoon. Dip the test paper in saliva for a few seconds. Compare strip to color chart.

Test urine: place test paper in urine flow. Let excess fluid fall from paper. Compare to color chart.

The Immune System

Take an echinacea tincture or herbal preparation (e.g., capsules or tea). You can make your own echinacea tincture in a glass mason jar using fresh organic/wildcrafted echinacea roots, leaves, and seeds (available from Pacific Botanicals (541-479-7777) soaked in vodka (enough to see 1/3 liquid above the solids at the top of the jar) for several weeks (shaking once or twice daily) and then filtered through cheesecloth or a cotton towel. Use two (2) droppers full (70 drops) of the tonic four (4) times daily. In addition, use Immune Assist (at least 2 capsules) on a daily basis to rapidly increase your immune system’s natural killer cell activity.

The Garlic Program

GarlicConsume at least three large cloves of fresh organic raw garlic every day. Garlic is one of the most potent and reliable herbal healers known. It is a powerful broad spectrum antibiotic. It is also antiviral, antifungal, antiparasitical and has proven itself to rid the body internally and externally of any antigen or pathogen. Garlic has been proven in hospitals and laboratories worldwide to destroy and break up tumors, thins blood, and normalizes blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Garlic externally is an herbal surgeon.

Garlic can be eaten raw, swallowed whole, chopped up and mixed with food and put through your juicer. The best garlic is the hottest, and, of course, organic.

 

Hydrotherapy Program (Hot and Cold showers)

Hot and cold showers are a very effective way to move the blood and create circulation. Once daily, take a complete hot and cold shower. You will start with hot water for 1 minute, then cold for 1 minute. Repeat this seven (7) times so the shower should last about 15 minutes. Another time, daily, you can do a complete hot and cold shower routine again or a partial one just applying the water directly an affected area where there is pain or dis-ease. While you are doing both hot and cold showers, pay special attention to any affected area and massage it vigorously. If the shower is impossible then alternate hot packs and ice packs.

The hydrotherapy program has other components, including magnesium chloride baths (see below).

Magnesium Chloride Program

Rub or spray Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil on your body (1–2 ounces daily), or take hot baths with 1–3 cups of Ancient Minerals Magnesium Flakes. Ancient Minerals magnesium is comprised of ultra-pure magnesium chloride plus many trace minerals from a pure, ancient seabed source. Massage/Bodywork

Massage the entire body every day with special emphasis on deep foot reflexology and all around the problem areas. Swedish massage can dramatically enhance lymphatic drainage and help to remove toxins from the body. Alternate coconut oil, castor oil, and olive oil for your massage oils. Skin brush with a natural bristle skin brush and scrub yourself thoroughly every day.

Exercise

Please exercise everyday. We suggest exercises such as Yoga, Tai Chi, walking, and swimming.

Attitude

For anyone who has a need or desire to be on the rejuvenation program, it is important to recognize that the program has no power unless you put all the time and energy you have into it. You must give l00%.

Giving and receiving Love is the most powerful rejuvenation tool. Be responsible for yourself. You can recreate your life now! Please forgive everyone including yourself for your current state of affairs. Be positive, believe, start right now!

Fresh Air and Sunshine

Expose most (or all) of your body and take a sun and air bath every day for at least 10 to 15 minutes (time will depend on your skin) especially in the earlier part of the day. Take a walk every day outside in your bare feet and shuffle them in the grass or earth, even sit down on the ground. Breathe deeply while you are outside. Fresh air helps you to heal faster.

Environmental Factors

Use only natural soaps, shampoos and toothpastes (avoid those with fluoride!). Use only baking soda and vinegar for cleaning clothes, dishes, and your house. Never use any deodorants, perfumes, colognes, etc. You may use pure herbal essential oils, if necessary. Wear only natural fiber clothing: cotton, wool, and silk. Wear no polyester, nylon, or even blends. Do not wear tight fitting clothing (especially in areas on or around your lymph nodes).

Far-Infrared Saunas

One of the most useful detoxification tools is the Far-Infrared (FIR) Sauna. In a FIR sauna, the radiation heats our bodies from the inside out (much as the sun does to our skin on a sunny day). The thermal effects within the deeper layers of tissue cause the blood vessels and capillaries to dilate, promoting increased circulation and removing metabolic wastes and toxins through sweating. Vibrating water molecules become more active as they are ionized into hydrogen and hydroxide ions that release gases and other toxic materials. Cell mitochrondria also increase energy production, thereby raising the metabolic rate. By penetrating the deeper tissues, the detoxifying effect of FIR saunas is significantly increased. In a conventional sauna it has been estimated that sweat contains roughly 2% toxins and 98% water. In FIR saunas, the ratio is increased to an amazing 20% toxins and 80% water. We recommend that setting the sauna air temperature to about 125–135 degrees Fahrenheit and remain in the sauna between 20–35 minutes. Do this several times per week. Our favorite far-infrared sauna is the LuxSauna (http://www.luxsauna.com).

QRS Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Device

CHOOSING SELF EMPOWERMENT

Self Empowerment is a necessary consequence of choosing self responsibility and freedom. Self Empowerment means:


1) Educating Yourself – there are many thousands of books, videos, classes, tutorials, apps, tools, and teachers available to you. Initially, it may be somewhat confusing because you may not know where to begin. Don’t let this deter you – over time what’s right for you will become known. I have been at this for 30 years and find that I am continually learning. This is a lifetime endeavor that ideally is joyfully pursued for the remainder of your life!!

True health involves matters concerning body, mind, and spirit. Do not limit your learning to just a few aspects. Over the years I have put together a bibliography that can be helpful in directing you to a wide variety of resources across a range of disciplines (see below). Remember that just because a book was written a long time ago it does not mean that it has outdated material – truth has not changed over time!!

2) Learning about yourself – we are all different in so many ways. What may work for one person may not be appropriate for another. For example, a blood type A may do poorly on dairy products, but a blood type B often thrives on dairy products. I have often recommended that a person conduct a series of self tests on parameters such as body temperature, urine and saliva pH, blood pressure, axial temperature, lung capacity, finger and toe nail growth rates, skin elasticity, bowel transit time, tongue shape and color, etc. The results can be used as a starting point and retested as you move into your program to see how improvements take place.

3) Practicing and living what you learn – this is a crucial element of your program. Too frequently people read a book as an intellectual exercise and think they have knowledge. However, true knowledge involves trying out for yourself the ideas you are reading and learning about and integrating into your being those that resonant with you and help you to become healthier. It is important to reject those things that don’t work for you at this time.
It is important that you are relentless about practicing and living what you learn. This is the process of change – discarding the old that does not support your progress and implementing the new that helps you to become healthier. Often those around you are unable to understand your process and will criticize you and try to tell you how you should behave. It is imperative that you maintain your poise and balance under these situations and continue on your path!!

CHOOSING UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

Choosing Unconditional Love Means:

1) Not judging yourself or others – you are not smart enough to do this accurately. This is usually a sign of an ego trying to control events and that is a condition for disaster.

2) Not having expectations of yourself or others – doing so is usually a sign of your conditioning. Deconditioning is one of the important goals of this program!

3) Living in the moment – this is where you are and the only place you can be at any moment. Life is made of these moments and the joy of now adds up to the totality of life!

4) Listening to your inner guidance – do not shut down your intuitive abilities. They are usually right on.

5) Following and/or doing the will of the Universe in all matters. There is an internal knowledge of the truth do not block it with doubt and uncertainty. Be still and let it flow.

6) Express health and happiness in everything you do!

PRACTICING WHAT YOU LEARN

Here are some practical ideas that I have found helpful:

1) There are no mistakes, but only learning opportunities.

2) If it happened, it was meant to be. What can you learn?

3) Be creative in all your endeavors. Make changes, additions, adjustments, etc. as long as it feels right to you.

4) Enjoy the process of learning.

5) Constantly exercise your choice for self responsibility, inner freedom, self empowerment, and unconditional love. Realize you are already perfect.

6) Avoid overexposure to elements of “Mass Consciousness.” These include the mass media, such as mainstream television, radio, newspapers, magazines, and parts of the Internet.

7) Put yourself in places of higher thought. That is, seek out places that inspire you. This includes places in nature.

8) Transform negative energy into positive energy. Use any negative energy you experience to propel you into a state of positive energy (this may take some practice, but it works very well). Visualize negative energy dissolving or send it into the sun and see it come back as light!

Detoxification is removal of existing toxins from the body. It is critical because everyone in  today’s world is exposed to harmful  toxins. Overabundance of toxins creates poor health and presents  obstacles to healing and building health. Practices for detoxification include taking Intestinal Rejuvenation Formula, intestinal corrective formulas, and consuming superfoods that support the detoxification process.
