Unopened or defective items may be returned for any reason. If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us (1-520-896-2198) to request authorization for a return. Briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request. If we grant your request for a return, then we will mail you a Return Authorization form that includes a Return Authorization number (RA#).
After you receive the Return Authorization form, send your package back to us within 30-days of receipt. Please include your Return Authorization form in the package containing the item(s) you are returning.
When we receive your package, we will credit the card you paid with (or send a check) for the full purchase price of your product(s), minus any shipping fees.
Due to limited shelf life, we cannot accept returns on products after 45 days.
Return Instructions:
1. Call us at 1-520-896-2198 during business hours (9-12 pm, 1-4 pm AZT) to request a Return Authorization. Please explain to us any reason(s) for your return. We will determine the appropriate course of action. If we grant your request for a return, we will mail you a Return Authorization form.
2. After receiving your Return Authorization form, carefully pack your order. Place items for return in sturdy packaging and secure all items. We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipment of returned items.
3. Place your Return Authorization form in the package you are returning. You may wish to make a copy of the Return Authorization form for your records.
4. Send the package to us from your preferred shipping location (e.g., US Postal Service, UPS Store). We do not cover shipping costs for returns to us, unless a product is defective, or due to an error made by us. Ship returns to:

5. After we receive your package, we will process your request for a return or exchange. Please allow up to 4 weeks for package delivery to us, and for us to process your request(s).
