• BLACK CURRANT OIL capsules contain 500 mg of black currant seed oil--the clear, unrefined oil extracted by cold pressing the highest-quality black currant seeds. It is contained in a hermetically-sealed soft gelatin capsule.
• Black currant seed oil is one of the three known and readily available sources of the important omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), typically containing 17 percent GLA.
