Breathslim® is a new and effective device designed specifically to improve overall health and wellness. A simple, yet effective respiratory trainer the utilizes the concept of resistance breathing in a 20 minute exercise regime.
JUST 20 MINUTES A DAY WILL IMPROVE LUNG CAPACITY, ELEVATE YOUR ENERGY LEVELS, REDUCE ANXIETY AND STRESS AS WELL AS OXYGENATE YOUR BODY!
With improper breathing habits we lack the most vital component to health – oxygen. As oxygen is vital to our well-being and most people except for highly trained yogis lack the ability to breathe properly. Lack of vital oxygen to the lungs and cells of the body leads to lessening of the body's ability to perform at its fullest potential.
Breathing To Lose Weight
Burning fat relies on the body's ability to metabolize properly. Without proper levels of oxygen entering the cells metabolism is reduced therefore not functioning at the levels that will allow the body to "burn fat" adequately. Scientific research has shown that by increasing the body's oxygen levels the ability to oxidize and burn fat is greatly improved. With shallow and untrained breathing it is difficult to supply the body with enough oxygen. This simple and effective technique practices for just 20 minutes a day raises the oxygen levels in the cells, boosts metabolism, increases energy levels, reduces anxiety and stress levels, increases sex drive, aids in better sleep patterns.
Unlike most weight loss programs and methods that focus entirely on weight loss, we at Breathslim understand that in order to lose weight and most important to keep it off, a person must change their lifestyle and ultimately your life!

Breathslim® Is Clinically Tested
Breathslim® has successfully undergone a three month, double-blind study at the Clinical Exercise Research Centre (CERC) in the division of Biokinesiology & Physical Therapy of University of Southern California (USC) Health Sciences Campus.
Forty sedentary adult men and women (20-55yrs) with body mass index equal to or greater than 25 were recruited to visit the USC Health Sciences Campus for three testing sessions. All 40 subjects performed resistance expiratory muscle training using the Breathslim® device for the duration of the study.
The findings of the study are that resistive expiratory muscle training using the Breathslim device increased fat-free mass, which translates into increased energy expenditure, raising metabolism, and results in loss of body fat.
For the duration of the study, subjects also completed an online training journals. Based on reviews of training journals, subjects experienced improved energy throughout the day, reduced food cravings, and better sleep. The reports in the daily training journals suggest that the subjects had a positive experience while performing the breathing exercise and there were no negative reports by the study subjects.
You can combine respiratory training with the Breathslim® and diet nutrition or food supplements. Exercising is recommended in the evening before going to bed. This allows you to reduce the signs of fatigue and improve sleep quality. Exercises should be done 2 hours after your last meal.
