COMPLETE E™ is a unique oil extract of rice bran, rich both in tocotrienols and tocopherols. One softgel capsule contains 35 mg of tocotrienols (approximately 19.3 mg of gamma tocotrienol and 15 mg of alpha tocotrienol and small amounts of delta and beta tocotrienols). Each capsule also contains 31.4 IU of d-alpha tocopherol, and all other known tocopherols (gamma tocopherol, delta tocopherol, and beta tocopherol). No other ingredients, or fillers, preservatives, or coloring agents are used. Complete E™ is GMO and soy-free.

Tocotrienols are in the class of Vitamin E compounds along with tocopherols. Research has shown that in cell membranes alpha tocotrienol is 40–60 times more protective against free radicals than alpha tocopherol. In addition, tocotrienols may reduce arterial plaques and enhance blood flow; are potent inhibitors of platelet aggregation and thromboxane; protect serum lipids from oxidation, including LDL and HDL; reduce carotid stenosis (narrowing) and may help prevent stroke; serve as a trap to harmful nitrogenous radicals; are anti-proliferative and anti-cancer agents; and provide powerful oxidative defense for the skin.
